I scanned the QR code with my device but I got an error message. What should I do?

In case you get an error message when scanning the QR code to install your Ubigi eSIM profile, this may be because :
– your device is not eSIM compatible > you must use an eSIM compatible device to access Ubigi services
– your device is simlocked > contact the carrier you purchased it from to unlock it
– or you already scan your QR code more than 5 times > contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
